FAQ

Product, purchase, and support questions.

Quick answers for buyers looking at Onix Studios UEFN systems, materials, map kits, digital downloads, and support.

What does Onix Studios sell?

Onix Studios creates digital products for Unreal Editor for Fortnite, including gameplay systems, Verse-ready workflows, map kits, material packs, interaction tools, and creator utilities for Fortnite Creative projects.

How will I receive a product after purchase?

When products are live, checkout will send a receipt email to the buyer address. That email should include the order reference and the product access or download details.

Do I need an account?

The planned first version does not use a custom account system. Access is intended to be handled by the checkout provider and linked to the buyer email and order receipt.

What should I send if I need support?

Email [email protected] with the product name, buyer email, order reference if available, and a clear description of what happened.

Can I use purchases in my UEFN projects?

Yes, unless a product page says otherwise, purchases are intended for use in your own UEFN and Fortnite Creative projects. Redistribution, resale, or sharing raw product files is not allowed.

Will products include updates?

Update access depends on the product. If an update is included, the product page or receipt flow should explain how buyers receive it.

Can I request custom UEFN work?

Yes. Use the support page and include the feature goals, project type, deadline, and budget range so the enquiry can be reviewed properly.

Is Onix Studios affiliated with Epic Games?

No. Onix Studios is an independent creator team. Fortnite, Unreal Editor for Fortnite, UEFN, Verse, and related names are used only to describe the tools and platform these products are built for.
